The location of the Regal Pacific Puerto Madero is fantastic. Just a short walk to the waterfront and popular attractions. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Breakfast included a decent selection, and the staff in the dining area were friendly and accommodating. However, I missed having complimentary coffee and bottled water in the room. The TV only had Spanish channels, which made it less enjoyable for non-Spanish speakers. Some amenities were lacking, like a yoga mat in the gym. While the staff were professional, a little more friendliness during interactions would make a big difference. Overall, my stay was decent with some areas that could use improvement.

A stay with room for improvement
I found the staff to be genuinely friendly, which brightened our stay. However, the room felt outdated, and we encountered some maintenance issues. I recommend checking out local cafes nearby for a better breakfast experience rather than relying on the hotel offerings.

The location is excellent with a vibrant atmosphere, and the dinner in the restaurant exceeded expectations with delicious meals. A complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice touch, but the breakfast prices seemed steep for what was offered. The hotel feels more dated than modern, lacking the polish of newer establishments, but the staff stood out as genuinely kind and attentive throughout the stay.

The hotel has a great location and friendly staff, making it a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is impressive, but the rooms are in dire need of renovation, and the Wi-Fi connection was often unreliable. Overall, a decent choice, but with some areas that could use improvement.

The room was super comfy with really soft beds, and I loved the delicious breakfast options every morning. I enjoyed some peaceful moments lounging by the outdoor pool and used the sun terrace for a little relaxation. Just a minor hiccup was the inconsistent payment policy, but overall, a fantastic stay! 😊
